Color Shift Film & Pigment Manufacturing Plant Setup

BRBNMPL invites Expression of Interest from qualified bidders for technology transfer to establish manufacturing facility at Mysuru for producing Color Shift Films, Color Shift Pigments (various color combinations) and related products for banknotes and security printing. The project is structured in two phases: Phase-1 involves processing raw CS Film/Flakes into CSP with 10MT annual capacity (scalable to 50%), and Phase-2 involves in-house CS Film production through PVD technology. Bidders must have experience supplying CS products to banknote/security printing organizations and demonstrate annual capacity equivalent to at least 6MT of CSP or 4 Lac Kms of CST.
